So if students can only come during the a.m. session then they will still get to create several of the items listed above, same for p.m. All students must be picked up by parents or family. Any questions regarding this please email Ms. Cosby at ecosby@cj.k12.mo.us .

Doors are locked to the building and students are not allowed to leave at any time but at the end of the a.m. and p.m. session.

We will be eating lunch downstairs and students are encouraged to be on time to each session and may join us for lunch if only coming to one of those.

Lunch: We plan on ordering pizza and students can bring their own lunch. I have a microwave and we have a refrigerator for students to use as well. They are encouraged to bring snacks and drinks to have throughout the day. Please let me know of any food allergies or other conditions. If your child is eating pizza please send $2.00 per slice and all pop at the school is $1.00. Chips, cookies and some pop will be provided but I encourage your child to bring their own items.

When: Sat. Oct. 22nd from 9am-3pm. Please be on time! We will start right at 9am. Please pick up your child on time and we will be waiting for you at 3pm.

Where: the Junior High Art room 209 with Ms. Cosby my cell is: 918-237-2036: please do not share this number or hand out.

For students who stay all day, they can be more flexible on when they create the above items. They will have all day to do so.

If student needs to be picked up early or at a different time then please write that on the signed and returned paper and or email me at:

Note to parents:

All students must be signed in and must sign out when leaving. Students are not allowed to come and go or leave for just lunch. All special arrangements must be made by parents ahead of time and explained to Ms. Cosby.  The safety of all students is the first priority of the day. Any behavior issues will not be tolerated and a parent will be called for students to be picked up immediately. This is to be a fun creative day where positive attitudes should be a goal for everyone to enjoy.

All pumpkins and tee-shirts will be ready to take home that day.

Please observe the times above as two separate sessions or mention if student is staying the whole time. Please understand by signing up and returning this form that you are making a commitment and to honor that b/c others who signed up after you may not have gotten to attend due to the session being full. Not showing up after committing to coming does keep another student who also wanted to attend from coming. Due to the times and this being an extra day we must have a limit of students per session.
